1. Entity & Scope of Services

Freed India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, is the operator of the Platform. The Platform provides the User the ability to view, monitor and analyse their credit information (including but not limited to credit bureau scores, credit reports) through authorised credit information companies ("CICs") in India and related tools and features.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform, subject to your full compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You represent, warrant and covenant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law;
• you are a resident in India and will abide by all applicable Indian laws in your use of the Platform;
• you are not barred, suspended or otherwise restricted from accessing credit information or using similar services;
• the information you provide to us is true, accurate, complete and up to date.

3. User Account & Registration

• You may be required to register an account with us and provide such information as we may reasonably request (including KYC/information required by the CICs).
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorised those activities.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or for any reason permitted under applicable law.

4. Credit Information & Consent

By using the Platform, you authorise FREED to act as your authorised representative (to the extent permitted under applicable law) to obtain your credit information (credit reports, credit scores, other data) from one or more CICs (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and Crif Highmark) in India.

You acknowledge that credit information is provided by CICs and/or other third parties, and we present that information on the Platform (including via dashboards, score-simulators, improvement-tools) for your convenience and education.

You acknowledge that such credit information is provided to you on an "as-is" basis and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies or changes that are beyond FREED's control. For example, delays may arise in reporting by lenders to CICs, updates by CICs, or other data-flow issues.

You further acknowledge that we do not guarantee any particular credit score, ranking, loan sanction, interest-rate or other financial outcome as a result of your use of the Platform.

5. Use of Services

(a) The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

(b) You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• interfere with or disrupt the Platform (or servers/networks connected to it) or circumvent any security mechanism;
• attempt to extract data by automated means (data-mining, bots) from the Platform;
• violate any applicable law, regulation or rule in India (including relating to data protection, consumer protection, credit-reporting).

6. Fees & Payment (if applicable)

Some features of the Platform may be offered free of cost; others (if any) may require you to pay fees as communicated at the time of purchase or subscription. The subscription fees, the frequency of payment and any other additional terms will be as displayed to you on the Platform from time to time.

All fees shall be in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees once paid are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure, introduce new charges or withdraw certain features, with prior notice to Users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, software, design, compilation) are the exclusive property of FREED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws in India and

You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit or create derivative works of any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

8. Data Privacy & Security

Our collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

You consent to our processing your personal data (including identity, KYC, credit information, transaction history etc.) for the permitted purposes of providing the Platform's services, in accordance with applicable laws (including CICRA, rules thereunder, and applicable data protection / IT laws).

While we endeavour to implement robust security measures, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FREED India Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind (express or implied) to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or harmful components.

We make no guarantee of any specific credit score improvement, loan approval, interest-rate reduction or any particular financial outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FREED (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use (or inability to use) the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you to us (if any) during the twelve-(12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability. If you have not paid us any fees, liability is limited to ₹1 (one Indian Rupee).

11. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, FREED India does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any credit scores, reports, or recommendations provided through the Platform. The information is sourced from third-party credit bureaus, and any discrepancies should be addressed directly with the relevant CICs.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (with or without notice) at any time and for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or we suspect fraud or misuse.

Upon termination of your account or these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and destroy all copies of any content obtained from the Platform (except as required under law). Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Sections of these Terms intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and jurisdiction) shall survive.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at karishma.arora@freed.care. If we cannot resolve within thirty (30) days, you may proceed to other remedies.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and indicating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may terminate your account.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms made available on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and FREED relating to your use of the Platform, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications or proposals.
